What are open frame power supplies?

Open frame power supplies have no housing and are designed to comply with protection class IP00. 

They are normally integrated into machines or equipment where the outer housing provides the required protection against fire, mechanical risks and electric shocks. PULS does not supply open frame power supplies as part of its standard product range.
